Payment Methods:
A. Credit Cards- we accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number- the address and phone number that credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
B. Money orders and company checks- we accept money orders and company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money order. For company checks please allow up to 15 business days after receipt for clearance or funds before order is processed.
Ocean Desert Sales. cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $ 25.00 fee on all returned checks.
Sales Tax Information:
Ocean Desert Sales is not open to public and is strictly wholesale. Taxes apply on all products.

By placing your order, you agree that Ocean Desert Sales. total liability, for any claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Ocean Desert Sales. for the product. By placing your order, you also agree to all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site.
Shipping Terms:
A. All orders will be shipped from our distribution center in Philadelphia.
B. All merchandise is sold FOB (freight on board) our warehouse in Philadelphia.
C. All freight charges need to be paid by buyer.
D. If there is any other charges involved will need to be paid by the buyer.
E. All shipments before leaving our distribution center would be checked for damage or brokerage, however accidents happen in shipping, therefore at the time of receiving you should make claim through the shipping company and make sure the driver makes a note on the bill lading before he leaves.
Returns:
A. All returns must be pre approved by Ocean Desert Sales.
B. All returns must be send freight prepaid with in 7 days.
C. Ocean Desert Sales, Is not responsible for lost returned shipment.
